This is probably the third or fourth time I've taken one of my cars to Gresham Lake Auto Care. I've been there for few oil changes, and most recently for a complete brake service (pads and rotors). The work was done professionally, and I really appreciated that they also performed a thorough suspension inspection. It's not easy to find a shop you can trust these days, but these guys have definitely earned my confidence. Gresham Lake Auto Care has become my #1 go-to shop for all of my vehicles. Great service, honest work, and friendly staff. Thank you, guys!

My AC out of no where stopped working, I brought it in first thing and I got great service. They helped me have it up and running before the early morning was done, and I was able to have the whole day ahead of me. Really great speed and efficiency, as well as customer service.

A simple radiator replacement turned into a nightmare. The transmission cooler lines leading from the radiator to the transmission had not been tightened and therefore they were leaking. Driving the vehicle home after the repair i noticed the transmission having trouble shifting gears and accelerating. After that the vehicle will not move forward or back. I shared photos with the shop owner showing the hydraulic leaks, loose joints, and the broken air gage filter that I just replaced before I took the vehicle to them. They offered me a few dollars to replace the air filter gage, but would not take responsibility for all other major issues. Very disappointing business practice and frustrating attitude. I hope this feedback helps you make your decision.
